The Chamber of Commerce Board Member, Ewan Smith, met yesterday with the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat’s Election Observer Team – Commissioner Susana Naisara (Fiji Electoral Commission), Henry Ah Ching, and Gayle Manueli, currently in Rarotonga to observe the Cook Islands General Election.
The meeting provided an opportunity to share the business community’s perspective on the electoral process and discuss the vital role of good governance and stability in supporting a thriving private sector.
